Role Overview:
The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare requirements and working closely with clients and candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Required Skills:
- Experience in US Healthcare Staffing
- Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed & LinkedIn
- Knowledge of MSP/VMS processes and ATS systems
- Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of US work authorization and healthcare compliance
- New Graduates can also apply.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
