- Greet customers and provide excellent in-store service.
- Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and bridal jewellery.
- Explain making charges, purity, weight, and product features clearly.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and counter arrangement.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and packaging of jewellery (training will be provided).
- Manage stock at counter level and coordinate with the store manager.
- Support during festive seasons, events, promotions, and store rush hours.
