Ekjoot Sales Manager
Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)
· Drive on-ground execution of Ekjoot initiatives across assigned markets
· Act as primary coordination between Ekjoot State Head and other Business Units
· Identify, track and drive closure of cross-synergy BU in the state
· Support dealer, influencer and IHB engagement activities across product categories
· Monitor and track execution against defined targets, KPIs, and market plans
· Conduct regular dealer visits and market assessments to identify growth opportunities and market sentiments
· Provide market feedback, execution insights, and competitive intelligence to the State Head
· Ensure timely reporting of activities, pipeline progress, and synergy outcomes
· Escalate operational challenges and execution bottlenecks in a timely manner
· Ensure conduct of cross BU dealer and influencer meets on regular basis
Educational Background and Work Experience
Educational & Work Experience:
· Graduate in Business Marketing, Engineering (MBA Preferred)
· 5-8 years of experience in Sales, Channel Management, Business Development
· Experience in dealer management and field sales execution
· Experience working across multiple product categories or business functions will be preferred

Candidate should possess strong execution capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive collaboration across multiple teams. The role requires frequent market travel and close engagement with customers, dealers, and business stakeholders
