Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues promptly.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system reliability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk.
- Experience in log analysis and monitoring using Splunk to detect and troubleshoot system anomalies.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and the ability to interpret complex software interactions.
- Ability to develop and maintain dashboards and alerts to proactively identify potential issues.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
- Competence in scripting and automation to streamline support tasks and improve response times.
