Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our products and strengthen our brand presence. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, generating leads, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Generate leads through digital marketing, social media, and field activities
- Manage company branding and promotional activities
- Coordinate with sales team for lead conversion
- Handle social media platforms and content posting
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Organize events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns
- Track and report campaign performance
Required Skills:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, social media, ads)
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of MS Office and marketing tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification:
- Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred)
Preferred:
- Experience in manufacturing/industrial sector
- Knowledge of B2B marketing
