Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Voice & Chat Process
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹33,000 CTC per month including PLI
Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate / Technical Graduate as per process
Eligibility Criteria:
- 12th pass or Graduate candidates can apply
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
- Good communication skills required
- Candidate should be comfortable with rotational shifts, night shifts, or evening shifts as per process
- Candidate should be comfortable with 9.5-hour shifts and 5.5 days working
Shift Details:
- Rotational shifts and rotational weekly off
- 24x7 shifts for some processes
- Training shift may vary as per company requirement

- Handle customer queries through voice or chat support
- Provide accurate information and proper resolution to customers
