We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive with proven experience in cold calling and lead conversion. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through effective communication, consistent follow-ups, and strong CRM management.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients from provided leads
- Generate and qualify leads for real estate projects
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information
- Follow up with prospects to nurture and convert leads into sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience in real estate sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in cold calling and lead conversion
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
