Position Overview
Urban Grey Engineering Solutions is seeking a motivated 3D Draftsman to join our multidisciplinary design team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about 3D modeling, drafting, and visualization for architectural and engineering projects. Freshers with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Architecture or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience may apply.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, 3ds Max, or similar 3D modeling and rendering software.
- Good understanding of architectural and construction drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate 3D models, renderings, and visualizations for engineering and architectural projects.
- Develop and modify 2D drawings, plans, elevations, and sections.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy.
- Revise drawings and models based on project requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of 3D modeling and drafting software.
- Good visualization and detailing skills.
- Ability to understand technical drawings.
- Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
