Role Summary: This role combines telesales, medical receptionist duties, and clinic coordination to ensure a smooth and supportive patient experience.
Handling inquiries over phone & on-site, coordinating appointments, resolving concerns/ complaints, preparing reports, etc
Working Hours: As per roster.
Attributes: A compassionate, organized, and proactive Client Relations Executive & Clinic Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Communication & Telesales
- Call and follow up with incoming leads who have expressed interest in therapy services
- Explain BetterPlace’s services, process, and pricing clearly and empathetically
- Convert leads into confirmed appointments and therapy plans
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing patients
- Build trust and ensure a comfortable, non-judgmental conversation environment
Patient Relations & Clinic Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for patients
- Manage appointments
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for patients visiting the clinic
- Coordinate between therapists/doctors and patients to manage schedules efficiently
- Handle basic client queries and provide accurate information
Lead & Data Management
- Use lead management / CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Maintain accurate patient records and appointment details
- Update daily reports on calls, conversions, and appointment status
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive patient information
Clinic Operations Support
- Assist in day-to-day clinic coordination and basic administrative tasks
- Ensure clinic readiness and smooth operational flow
- Support overall patient experience and clinic efficiency
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, medical receptionist, clinic coordination, or similar role
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English required)
- Empathetic and patient-focused approach
- Basic computer skills (CRM software, Excel, WhatsApp, email, etc.)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable handling sensitive conversations professionally
Preferred Experience
- Experience in healthcare, mental health clinics, hospitals, or wellness centres
- Experience in telesales or lead conversion roles

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
