Job Title: Production Supervisor – Ayurvedic Manufacturing Plant
Qualification: - B.Sc./M.sc -Microbiologist, B-Pharm explorer of Microbiology/Chemical Instrumentation analysis. FDA approval is preferable.

Responsibilities for Microbiologist
- Supervise daily production operations of Ayurvedic dosage forms.
Ensure timely completion of documentation and production reports
- Plan and monitor manufacturing schedules to meet production targets.
- Ensure compliance with AYUSH guidelines, GMP, SOPs, and safety requirements.
- Monitor production of Syrups, Ghan, Ksharsutra, Churna, Tablets, Capsules, Oils, Ointments, and other formulations.
- Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Stores, Purchase, and Maintenance departments.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Monitor equipment cleaning, line clearance, and sanitation activities.
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
- Train production operators and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Handle production deviations, breakdowns, and troubleshooting.
Job Type: Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
