Position Summary
We are seeking dynamic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Professionals with 2–6 years of experience in property sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent customer handling abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and sales leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.
- Conduct project presentations, property demonstrations, and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Negotiate and close sales transactions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline through CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Generate referrals and repeat business through effective relationship management.
Eligibility Criteria
- 2–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of Bengaluru real estate market will be an added advantage.
