Position: Real Estate Rental Executive
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Location: Noida, Sector 132
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Team Leader
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and convert residential & commercial rental leads.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Coordinate and conduct property visits with prospective tenants.
- Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, and channel partners.
- Follow up with leads and drive successful deal closures.
- Handle rental negotiations, documentation, and transaction coordination.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
- Achieve monthly sales, conversion, and revenue targets.

A vehicle is mandatory for this role, as the position involves local travel for property visits and client meetings.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
