- Generate and convert leads through calls, references, and site visits.
- Handle end-to-end sales activities independently.
- Conduct client meetings and property presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure.
- Maintain sales reports, customer data, and market updates.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills are required.
