About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Associates to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, communication, and building relationships. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in identifying potential customers, generating leads, and contributing to the company's business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with internship experience in sales or marketing will have an added advantage.
