Job Description – Sales Executive (Ethnic Wear)
Job Title: Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Retail
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting ethnic wear products according to their requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional relationship with customers.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Have good knowledge of ethnic wear, including sarees, lehengas, suits, kurta sets, and other traditional apparel.
- Assist customers with styling, product selection, sizes, and coordination.
- Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and arrangement of merchandise.
- Handle customer queries, billing coordination, and after-sales service.
- Maintain knowledge of new collections, trends, and products.
- Support stock management and regular inventory checks.
- Follow company policies and maintain professional grooming and behaviour.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in ethnic wear sales.
- Experience in a retail showroom or fashion brand is preferred.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven personality.
- Good knowledge of ethnic fashion and styling.
- Presentable personality and professional grooming.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
