Procurement & Purchasing
Source and procure food ingredients, packaging materials, cleaning supplies, kitchen equipment, and other operational requirements.
Generate Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved requisitions.
Ensure timely procurement to avoid stock shortages and production delays.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Vendor Management
Identify and onboard reliable vendors.
Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, pricing, delivery, and service.
Resolve vendor-related issues promptly.
Inventory Coordination
Coordinate with the Store and Kitchen teams to monitor stock levels.
Ensure optimum inventory levels while minimizing wastage.
Follow FIFO and FEFO inventory practices where applicable.
Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
Cost Control
Compare quotations and obtain the best value for purchases.
Monitor market price fluctuations and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure purchases remain within approved budgets.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, quotations, and supplier agreements.
Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and food safety standards.
Coordination
Work closely with Kitchen, Stores, Finance, and Operations teams.
Follow up with vendors regarding deliveries and pending orders.
Assist during audits by providing procurement-related documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
