SAP RISE Cloud Coordination: Manage SAP systems hosted in the SAP RISE Cloud, supported by SAP ECS. The candidate must:
Coordinate the execution of activities between Zurich and SAP ECS.
Clarify technical points with SAP support teams.
Validate the execution of tasks and ensure alignment with internal requirements.
System Monitoring & Performance : Oversee SAP Basis monitoring and performance tuning. Experience in HANA database is a must.
Software Lifecycle Management: Coordinate with SAP, plan with requestor and validate upgrades, kernel patching, and add-on installations. Execute post-tasks.
Transport Management: Configure and maintain SAP Transport Management System. Knowledge on Realtech SmartChange Transport Manager is valuable.
Client/System Copies: Coordinate and follow up on SAP client and system copies. Execution of pre/post processing steps.
Security & Compliance: Ensure SSL certificates, Security Patching and SAP & Zurich security guidelines are properly implemented and maintained.
Disaster Recovery: Coordinate and validate annual disaster recovery tests.
EarlyWatch Alerts: Review SAP EarlyWatch Alert recommendations and follow up on their implementation.
