Job Responsibilities:
Arrange skilled and unskilled labour as per site requirements Coordinate labour hiring, joining, and attendance Coordinate with contractors and vendors Maintain daily manpower requirements Handle labour records and documentation Fulfill immediate hiring requirements
Requirements: Experience in labour hiring/recruitment preferred Good communication skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers Field coordination experience preferred Immediate joiner preferred Maximum experience: 5 years Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
