Main Responsibilities
1. CRM Duties
Managing customer and client-related activities using CRM software.
Tasks:
- Maintain customer database
- Update client records
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Prepare sales and customer reports
- Coordinate with sales and support teams
- Track leads and customer interactions
- Use CRM software :
- Zigjo(Training will provide)
2. HR Administration Duties
Supporting daily HR and employee management activities.
Tasks:
- Attendance and leave management
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintaining employee records
- Recruitment coordination
- Scheduling interviews
- Payroll coordination
- Preparing HR letters and reports
- Managing staff communication

Qualification
Typically:

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
