We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Foreman for our corrugated box manufacturing factory. The candidate will supervise daily production activities, manage workers, ensure product quality, maintain machine efficiency, and achieve production targets safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations of corrugated box production.
- Manage machine operators, helpers, and production staff.
- Ensure production targets are completed on time.
- Monitor quality standards of corrugated boxes, sheets, and packaging materials.
- Coordinate with production planning and dispatch teams.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness on the factory floor.
- Reduce wastage and improve production efficiency.
- Monitor machine performance and report maintenance issues.
- Ensure proper use of raw materials such as kraft paper, glue, stitching wire, inks, etc.
- Maintain production records and shift reports.
- Train workers on SOPs, safety, and quality procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and factory standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in corrugated box / carton manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of corrugation, printing, punching, stitching, and pasting processes.
- Ability to handle manpower and production shifts efficiently.
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of production reporting and inventory coordination.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
