Job Purpose: To drive business growth and ensure exceptional servicing of corporate clients by managing client relationships end-to-end, converting inquiries into revenue, and expanding existing accounts through proactive business development and client engagement.
Key Tasks/Activities/Roles:
·Manage and grow assigned corporate accounts by handling end-to-end travel requirements while ensuring high service standards and long-term client relationships
·Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, preparing customized proposals, negotiating terms, and converting leads into confirmed business
·Identify and drive revenue opportunities within existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and sharing new products or promotions
·Collaborate closely with sales and internal teams (operations, ticketing, visa, finance) to support new client acquisition and ensure seamless service delivery
·Maintain accurate client data and pipeline status in CRM systems, participate in client reviews, and contribute to service and revenue improvement initiatives
Dimensions:
Functional Skillset:
· Proven client servicing experience in a B2B travel or hospitality environment
· Working knowledge of travel systems, visa processes, and CRM platforms
· Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
· Basic sales aptitude for handling client inquiries and promoting add-on services
Education:
Graduate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism Management (or related field).
Experience:
7 to 9 years in client servicing, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
