Job Overview
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English, be passionate about sales, and have experience dealing with high-profile clients in the Commercial Spaces and luxury villa segment.
This role requires someone who can build strong relationships, confidently present premium properties, negotiate effectively, and close deals while achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for premium villa projects.
- Build relationships with HNIs (High Net Worth Individuals) and premium clients.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from enquiry to booking.
- Negotiate and successfully close sales deals.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for lead management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journey.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in real estate sales
- Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Confident personality with strong presentation skills.
- Experience handling premium or high-profile clients.
- Target-driven with a proven sales track record.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and professional.
- Valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
- Basic knowledge of social media management and content creation.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva, and Meta Business Suite is preferred.
- Ability to create engaging posts, reels, and property updates.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both online and offline.
