Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced “Accountant” to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various aspects of financial management, including accounting, gstfile, tdsfille and financial analysis. As an integral member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial records, tracking expenses, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GST, tax filing requirements.
- Utilize accounting software tools such as Tally and Prime Tally.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement and support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, including GST filings and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to track expenses, monitor budgets, and provide financial guidance for project management and resource allocation.
- Provide support and guidance to management in interpreting financial data and making informed business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience working as an Accountant or in a similar financial role, preferably in the technology or automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and QuickBooks.
- Experience with GST, tax compliance, and financial auditing.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
