- Pick up and deliver customer vehicles safely and on time.
- Follow traffic rules and safe driving practices.
- Conduct vehicle inspection before pickup and delivery.
- Report any damage, accident, or vehicle issue immediately.
- Obtain customer signatures on required documents.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness during transit.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and customers regarding schedules.
- Safeguard vehicle keys, documents, and customer property.
- Maintain pickup and delivery records accurately.
- Represent the company professionally and courteously.
