Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team. The candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and help deliver scalable, data-driven software solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Convert business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and clients
- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, use cases, workflows, and wireframes
- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solution alignment
- Track project progress and manage requirement changes
- Assist in data analysis, reporting, and dashboards where required
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (IT / Software domain preferred)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile & Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Figma/Balsamiq
- Ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Good to Have
- Experience in ERP, CRM, AI, IoT, SaaS, or enterprise applications
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or data analytics tools
- Exposure to AI-driven systems or automation projects
- Domain experience in Manufacturing, Water Parks, Aviation, or Energy Management
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
