1. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and providing effective solutions.
2. Achieve assigned sales targets through effective territory planning, customer engagement, and market penetration.
3. Connect and convince customers by showcasing product value and aligning solutions with organizational goals.
4. Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Negotiate effectively with customers to close deals while ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
7. Analyze territory performance, track competitor activities, and share market insights with the management team.
8. Uphold company values and compliance standards while driving growth in the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹25,000.25 - ₹70,000.94 per month
