About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a passion for luxury jewellery and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting diamond and jewellery products based on their preferences and requirements.
- Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience.
- Explain product details, pricing, diamond specifications, and ongoing offers to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle billing coordination and customer queries professionally.
- Maintain showroom presentation, display standards, and product hygiene.
- Stay updated with jewellery trends, collections, and product knowledge.
Requirements :
- Prior experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion retail, or showroom sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
