We are looking for a proactive and responsible Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage staff and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Supervise and support restaurant staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Assist with staff scheduling and training.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/POS systems).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in Malayalam; English communication is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
