Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Event Specialist to join our Event Management team in Kochi. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events successfully from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute corporate, social, and promotional events
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, venues, artists, and suppliers
- Prepare event plans, schedules, and execution timelines
- Manage event setup, live execution, and dismantling activities
- Supervise event teams and ensure smooth operations
- Handle client communication and event requirements
- Resolve on-site challenges and ensure timely delivery
- Prepare post-event reports and feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in event planning and execution
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Good leadership and organizational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in event management or event operations preferred.
