Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control, and equipment maintenance to keep the line moving fast during peak hours.
- Sales & Profitability: Drive sales growth, track key performance indicators (KPIs) like average transaction value, and manage P&L levers (food cost, wastage, and labor expenses).
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and motivate frontline crew and shift supervisors to build a high-performing team.
- Customer Service: Maintain high service standards, greet guests warmly, and resolve any food or service complaints quickly.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health, hygiene, and food safety standards (such as local health regulations and FSSAI guidelines).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 5 to 10+ years of supervisory or management experience in a fast-food, QSR, or retail environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership, basic financial literacy (budgeting and cost control), problem-solving, and familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Physical & Work Demands: Comfortable standing for long periods and working a flexible schedule that includes midnight, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
