Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager – Accounts to support the organization's financial operations and ensure accurate accounting, compliance, and reporting. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, overseeing financial records, assisting in statutory and tax compliance, preparing financial reports, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including supplier payments, journal entries, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements(MIS) as per statutory/investors requirements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Assist in the finalization of accounts and coordination with internal/external auditors.
- Manage payroll accounting, provisions, and accruals.
- Monitor budget utilization and support management with financial analysis and MIS reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / Excel and other accounting software.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
