Job Summary
VMSS LifeCare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to generate business opportunities for Modular Operation Theatres (OT), IVF Labs, ICUs, Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS), and turnkey healthcare infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Visit hospitals, nursing homes, medical colleges, healthcare institutions, architects, and consultants regularly.
Meet doctors, hospital administrators, purchase departments, biomedical engineers, project managers, and other decision-makers.
Identify and generate new leads for Modular OT, IVF, ICU, MGPS, and hospital infrastructure projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital management.
Conduct product presentations and explain the company's solutions and services.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
Maintain daily visit reports, lead status, and customer feedback in the CRM or reporting system.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming hospital projects.
Coordinate with the technical and project teams during the proposal and execution stages.
Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or any related field.
1–5 years of experience in hospital sales, healthcare marketing, medical equipment, Modular OT, or healthcare infrastructure. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence (preferred).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and email communication.
Preferred Experience
Experience in selling Modular OT, Medical Equipment, MGPS, HVAC, Cleanroom, IVF, or hospital infrastructure solutions will be an added advantage.
