Full job description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating essential documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution within the IT domain.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Develop and maintain key IT domain documentation, including BRD (Business Requirements Document), FRD (Functional Requirements Document), and SRS (Software Requirements Specification).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate and clear communication of requirements.
Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Ensure that all business requirements align with project goals and timelines.
Support the project management team throughout the project lifecycle by tracking progress and managing documentation.

1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in the IT sector.
Strong knowledge of IT domain documentation, including BRD, FRD, and SRS.
Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
