Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs for branding and marketing campaigns.
- Design social media creatives, advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, standees, packaging, presentations, and corporate branding materials.
- Create visual identities including logos, brand guidelines, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director, Copywriters, Digital Marketing team, and Account Managers to execute campaigns.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with client branding and marketing objectives.
- Review, guide, and mentor junior graphic designers.
- Maintain consistency across all visual communication.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Coordinate with video editors and motion designers for integrated campaigns.
- Prepare artwork for digital publishing and high-quality printing.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, typography, color theory, AI design tools, and creative technologies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative campaign ideas.
- Present creative concepts and design solutions to internal teams and clients whenever required.
- Ensure proper file management, version control, and organization of design assets.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
