Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to strengthen our vendor network and support business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for vendor onboarding, market visits, rate collection, RFQ management, relationship building, and coordination with transport partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit transport markets, industrial areas, and client locations regularly.
- Identify and onboard new transport vendors and fleet owners.
- Complete vendor registration and documentation processes.
- Submit bills, invoices, and other documents to clients as required.
- Collect freight rates and quotations from transporters.
- Coordinate for RFQs (Request for Quotations) and pricing requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and transport partners.
- Conduct market surveys and gather information on freight rates and vehicle availability.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare daily visit reports and share updates with management.
- Travel locally and outstation whenever required.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Graduate candidates will be preferred.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, logistics, transportation, or vendor management.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Email.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently in field conditions.
- Knowledge of transport and logistics industry will be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

पद का उद्देश्य
हम ऐसे ऊर्जावान एवं परिणाम-केंद्रित फील्ड सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव की तलाश कर रहे हैं जो नए ट्रांसपोर्ट वेंडर्स जोड़ने, बाजार सर्वेक्षण करने, रेट प्राप्त करने तथा ट्रांसपोर्ट पार्टनर्स के साथ मजबूत संबंध विकसित करने में हमारी सहायता कर सके।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां
- ट्रांसपोर्ट मार्केट, इंडस्ट्रियल एरिया एवं क्लाइंट कार्यालयों का नियमित दौरा करना।
- नए ट्रांसपोर्टर, फ्लीट ओनर एवं वेंडर्स की पहचान कर उन्हें कंपनी से जोड़ना।
- वेंडर ऑनबोर्डिंग एवं दस्तावेजीकरण की प्रक्रिया पूरी करना।
- ग्राहकों के कार्यालयों में बिल एवं आवश्यक दस्तावेज जमा करना।
- ट्रांसपोर्टरों से फ्रेट रेट एवं कोटेशन प्राप्त करना।
- RFQ (Request for Quotation) एवं प्राइसिंग संबंधी गतिविधियों का समन्वय करना।
- वेंडर्स एवं ट्रांसपोर्ट पार्टनर्स के साथ मजबूत व्यावसायिक संबंध बनाना।
- बाजार में उपलब्ध वाहनों, रेट्स एवं प्रतिस्पर्धी गतिविधियों की जानकारी एकत्रित करना।
- दैनिक विजिट रिपोर्ट एवं अपडेट प्रबंधन टीम को देना।
- आवश्यकता अनुसार स्थानीय एवं बाहरी यात्रा करना।
आवश्यक योग्यता
शैक्षणिक योग्यता
- न्यूनतम 12वीं उत्तीर्ण।
- स्नातक उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
अनुभव
- सेल्स, ट्रांसपोर्ट, लॉजिस्टिक्स या वेंडर मैनेजमेंट में 0 से 3 वर्ष का अनुभव।
- अच्छे संचार कौशल वाले फ्रेशर्स भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
आवश्यक कौशल
- प्रभावी संचार एवं नेगोशिएशन कौशल।
- लोगों से संबंध बनाने एवं बनाए रखने की क्षमता।
- MS Excel, Google Sheets एवं Email का सामान्य ज्ञान।
- फॉलो-अप एवं समन्वय क्षमता।
- स्वतंत्र रूप से फील्ड में कार्य करने की क्षमता।
- ट्रांसपोर्ट एवं लॉजिस्टिक्स उद्योग की जानकारी होने पर अतिरिक्त लाभ।
