A Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, client communication, and supporting sales strategies to expand the company’s customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients
- Reach out to prospective customers via calls, emails, and meetings
- Present company products/services and tailor solutions to client needs
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations
- Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations)
- Maintain a database of leads and track progress using CRM tools
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
