Job Title: L2 Network Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced L2 Network Engineer to manage, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure. The candidate should have strong knowledge of networking concepts, troubleshooting, and network devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN network issues.
- Configure and manage Cisco switches and routers.
- Troubleshoot VLAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and routing issues.
- Handle network connectivity and performance-related incidents.
- Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols such as OSPF and EIGRP.
- Work on network monitoring and incident management.
- Perform basic configuration and troubleshooting of firewalls.
- Coordinate with L3 teams and vendors for complex issues.
- Maintain network documentation and prepare incident reports.
- Ensure network availability, performance, and security.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN and TCP/IP networking.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches.
- Knowledge of VLAN, STP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, and routing.
- Knowledge of OSPF/EIGRP is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of firewall and VPN troubleshooting.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Experience: 3+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent
Certification: CCNA/CCNP preferred
