Role Overview
The Factory HR will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations at the production unit, including payroll support, recruitment, attendance, employee relations, contractual manpower management, and ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies while maintaining a productive and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage attendance, overtime, payroll inputs, and salary records.
- Ensure HR presence on the shop floor and monitor workforce discipline.
- Coordinate recruitment, on boarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Handle contractual manpower planning and vendor coordination.
- Maintain employee MIS, time office records, and statutory documentation.
- Conduct employee engagement, grievance handling, and shift training activities.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, and workplace safety.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for HR policy implementation.
- Collaborate with Production and other departments for smooth factory operations.
- Promote a positive work culture and handle disciplinary matters.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate/MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of HR experience in Manufacturing, Printing, Packaging, or FMCG.
- Knowledge of payroll, labor laws, attendance management, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/payroll software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workforce operations in a factory environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
