We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in handling customer calls, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Contact potential customers and explain company products/services.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
- Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Tele Sales Executive, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
