Key Responsibilities
- Lead new product development projects from concept to commercialization.
- Research emerging technologies, materials, and market trends in the composites industry.
- Develop innovative products for vacuum infusion, prepreg, resin transfer molding (RTM), and composite manufacturing processes.
- Conduct material evaluations for nylon, polyester, polymer films, sealants, technical fabrics, and related composite consumables.
- Coordinate laboratory testing, product validation, and performance benchmarking.
- Design and execute trials for new products and process improvements.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth scale-up from pilot stage to commercial manufacturing.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions.
- Prepare technical specifications, product datasheets, test reports, and development documentation.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product performance issues.
- Identify cost reduction and value engineering opportunities without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with suppliers for development and qualification of new raw materials.
- Support customer technical visits, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting activities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
