We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller / Telecum Counselor to handle client calls, provide information about services, and guide customers regarding visa and immigration processes. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convince clients professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Explain company services to clients
- Counsel clients regarding visa, immigration, or study/work opportunities
- Maintain client records and follow-up details
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into enrollment
- Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Punjabi
- Basic computer knowledge
- Convincing and counseling skills
- Positive attitude and teamwork
- Ability to work under pressure
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
