About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Social Media Executive / Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital presence, build brand awareness, and drive engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in social media strategy, content planning, paid campaigns, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and grow company presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter (X)
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, videos, creatives)
- Handle paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
- Analyze metrics and prepare monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and video editors
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and algorithms
- Manage online reputation and respond to customer queries/messages
- Generate leads and drive conversions through digital channels
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools
- Excellent communication and content writing skills
- Creative thinking with strong analytical abilities
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with video marketing and reels strategy
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) Capcut
- Understanding of SEO and email marketing
- Experience in handling agency or multi-brand accounts
