About the Role:
As an E-Commerce Executive at Syvo Digital, you will be at the heart of our online operations: managing product listings, coordinating order fulfilment, monitoring marketplace performance, and supporting growth initiatives across Amazon, Flipkart, and our direct-to-consumer channels. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with scope to learn, grow, and contribute to a rapidly scaling brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing Management:
● Create and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
● Ensure all product listings are accurate, complete, and optimized for search visibility.
● Manage product attributes, images, descriptions, and specifications for consistency and quality.
● Update product listings in case of price changes, stock updates, or other necessary revisions.
● Support catalogue expansion and new product launch processes
Order Processing & Fulfilment:
● Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely processing and shipment.
● Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and track inventory levels.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
● Track key performance metrics, including sales, customer feedback, and inventory turnover.
● Assist with preparing weekly/monthly reports and recommend strategies for performance improvement.
Cross-Functional Coordination
● Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure stock accuracy and Monitoring inventory level.
● Support new platform onboarding and assist with integration or marketplace setup.
Qualifications and Skills: Education: MBA degree (freshers welcome) or an undergraduate degree with up to 3 years of E-commerceoperations or digital marketplace management.
Core Skills:
● Strong knowledge of platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
● Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
● Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage tasks effectively and collaborate across teams.
● High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.
● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with experience in data tracking.
● Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while seeking guidance when necessary.
● Adaptable to thrive in a dynamic, high-performance work environment.
