Position Overview:
We are looking for a Back Office Executive who has strong communication skills and can efficiently manage day-to-day operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing dispatch activities, ensuring all invoices are billed accurately, and handling email communications in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch Management:
- Coordinate and monitor daily dispatch activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
- Maintain dispatch records and track shipments as required.
- Invoice & Billing Checks:
- Verify that all invoices are generated correctly and on time.
- Support the accounts team with billing-related queries when needed.
- Email Management:
- Check and respond to each mails promptly and professionally.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams as required.
- Ensure clear documentation of email correspondence.
- General Administrative Support:
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documents.
- Assist with coordination between departments for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency (Email, MS Office, etc.).
- Experience in dispatch or billing (preferred but not mandatory).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
