Looking for an experienced Team Lead – Sales (Admissions) to lead a team of Admissions Counsellors and drive enrolments for programmes designed for working professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage Admissions Counsellors
- Drive team targets across applications, offers, fee payments, and enrolments
- Monitor lead funnel, productivity, conversions, and follow-up discipline
- Ensure accurate programme counselling and a high-quality learner experience
Requirements:
✔ Graduate from a recognised university
✔ 3–7 years of experience in B2C sales, inside sales, telesales, or admissions counselling
✔ Minimum 1–2 years of team-handling experience
✔ Higher Education, EdTech, E-Learning experience preferred
✔ Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
✔ Experience with CRM, sales dashboards, and conversion tracking
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
