We are building a world-class team of media professionals and are looking for an experienced Senior Client Partner – Reddit Ads to grow our advertising business with advertisers and their agencies across India. This is a digital advertising sales and client partnership role for a media sales leader who is entrepreneurial, data-driven, and skilled at building agile, strategic solutions aligned to client marketing objectives. If you have a strong track record in digital media sales, agency sales, or advertising sales leadership, we'd like to talk to you about joining our advertising sales team in India.

The role is based in Delhi, India, follows a hybrid work arrangement and requires occasional travel to client and agency locations across the market. This is a permanent position reporting to the Country Head.

What You Will Do

Serve as the key point of contact for major agencies and advertisers in India, prospecting and collaborating with them to deliver solutions that achieve their marketing and business goals; develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders across the partner ecosystem.
Establish new relationships and acquire new clients (both direct and agency-driven), bringing them onto the platform in a way that sets them up for long-term success, while developing and deploying acquisition and retention strategies that drive results for both direct advertisers and agency partners.
Identify areas of additional opportunity within existing client relationships, including new lines of business, and move them through to close.
Take full ownership of your book of business — strategic bets, revenue forecasting, and operational rigor — achieving revenue targets through effective planning, goal-setting, and analysis of past and projected performance.
Implement processes and strategies at scale to grow revenue and empower the team to operate efficiently.
Collaborate with Account Managers to build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships between your customer base and the platform.
Work cross-regionally and cross-functionally with peers and internal stakeholders — including product, sales operations, and marketing — communicating progress on weekly, monthly, and quarterly initiatives clearly and in a timely manner across time zones.
Plan and participate in local marketing events, presenting on behalf of the business.
Motivate and develop sales talent in partnership with the vendor, fostering a positive culture of accountability, and manage the overall relationship with the vendor partner.
Communicate feedback on sales processes, narratives, and products to advocate for customers and improve the team's effectiveness and efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

8+ years of professional experience in digital media sales, online advertising sales, or advertising sales leadership.
A data-driven leader with the ability to lead teams against aggressive revenue goals.
Demonstrated track record of leading and inspiring others.
Experience in process management, operations management, and understanding how to grow and scale businesses.
Ability to extract insights from data to inform strategic decisions and translate them into action plans.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
Business proficiency in English is a must.
Experience working with outsourced vendors is a plus.
Experience working with agencies and resellers is a plus.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other sales productivity software.
BA/BS degree.
