Job description:
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office & Reception Management
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is organized, presentable, and welcoming at all times.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and front desk inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate guest entries as per company protocols.
- Receive and distribute couriers, parcels, and deliveries.
Office Administration
- Support day-to-day office administrative activities to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and maintain stock levels.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance staff, and external vendors for office upkeep.
- Assist in managing office utility services, repairs, and general facility requirements.
- Maintain records of bills, invoices, and basic administrative documentation.
- Support meeting room arrangements and office event coordination when required.
Travel & Office Support
- Drive company staff/management for office-related travel, meetings, or errands as required.
- Handle document pickup/drop, bank visits, courier dispatch, and other external office tasks.
- Ensure the vehicle is maintained properly, kept clean, and serviced on time.
- Follow traffic rules, maintain punctuality, and ensure safe driving at all times.
General Coordination
- Provide administrative support to different teams as needed.
- Assist HR/Admin team with general office coordination tasks.
- Support in maintaining discipline, cleanliness, and a professional office environment.
- Perform any other front office or administrative duties assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or Undergraduate (minimum 12th pass can also be considered based on experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in front office, office administration, receptionist, or similar roles.
- Good communication skills and professional behavior.
- Basic knowledge of office administration and coordination.
- Ability to manage visitors and front desk responsibilities confidently.
- Valid driving license and ability to drive a car for office-related work.
- Familiarity with local routes and travel coordination.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / Email handling is preferred.
- Presentable personality with a helpful and service-oriented attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a corporate office or startup environment.
- Experience in handling both reception and admin tasks.
- Comfortable with multitasking and coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
