Job description:
Should be preparing and reviewing legally binding documents, including sale agreements, lease deeds, and property documents, while ensuring compliance with regulations like RERA.
Document Preparation: Drafting sale deeds, agreements to sell, lease agreements, license agreements, and Power of Attorney (POA).
Due Diligence: Conducting thorough title searches, legal due diligence on property transactions, and verifying land records.
Compliance: Ensuring all transactions comply with local land laws, RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority), and taxation laws.
Negotiation & Review: Reviewing and negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions with external parties.
Registration & Documentation: Managing the legal documentation and registration processes with government authorities.
Should have knowledge to put token.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB).
Experience: Previous experience (typically 2–3 years or more) in property law or real estate law.
Skills: Expertise in legal drafting, legal research, communication, and high attention to detail
Age limit : below 35
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
