- Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Process orders and track them from placement to delivery
- Communicate with clients regarding order status, product details, and follow-ups
- Maintain customer records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with other departments (logistics, finance, production) to ensure timely delivery
- Assist in achieving sales targets by managing documentation and pipeline updates
- Handle office documentation (filing, data entry, record-keeping)
- Manage schedules and meetings for sales staff or managers
- Prepare reports (sales reports, performance summaries, MIS reports)
- Answer calls and emails and direct them appropriately
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and basic coordination tasks
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and coordination skills
