Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.

- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
- Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff regarding patient schedules.
- Manage billing, payments, invoices, and receipts.
- Verify patient information and maintain confidentiality of medical records.
